Terms of Use

1. Current service and acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the public Realestate Lens website, operated by Promethic Labs("we", "us", or "our"). By using the website, its public calculators or its early-access waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use those services.

Realestate Lens is currently pre-launch. There is no public app, account, paid plan, subscription or contract-upload service at this time. Product pages describe intended concepts and are not a promise that a feature, provider, launch date, limit or price is final.

2. Website information and calculators

Articles, guides, glossary entries and calculator results are general educational information. Calculator outputs are estimates based on the inputs and assumptions shown in the relevant tool. Information can become incomplete or outdated, and a calculator cannot account for every contract term, lender policy, concession, exemption or personal circumstance.

Nothing on the website is legal, conveyancing, tax, financial, credit or investment advice. Check important figures and rules with the relevant government authority, lender and an appropriately qualified professional before acting or entering a property transaction.

3. Early-access waitlist

You may submit an email address and, optionally, a state or territory to express interest in future access. Joining is free, does not reserve a paid plan, does not guarantee access by a particular date and does not lock in proposed features or pricing. We may use the address for relevant product and access updates. You may ask us to remove your entry using the contact details below.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the website unlawfully, attempt to bypass its security or rate limits, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that unreasonably burdens the service, or present our content or calculator outputs as regulated professional advice. Do not enter another person's personal information into a calculator or waitlist without authority.

5. Intellectual property and external material

Unless stated otherwise, the website's original design, code, branding and editorial material belong to Promethic Labsor its licensors. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial research. Government data, legislation, third-party marks and linked material remain subject to their respective owners' terms.

Links to third-party websites are provided for context. We do not control their availability, accuracy, security or privacy practices.

6. Availability, warranties and liability

The website is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content and estimates are complete, current or error-free. You remain responsible for independently checking information and decisions made using it.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by reliance on general website information or estimates where that loss could have been avoided by obtaining the official figure or appropriate professional advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Future app terms

If an app or paid service becomes publicly available, separate or updated terms will describe its actual features, data handling, eligibility, billing, cancellation and refund arrangements before purchase or use. These website Terms do not create a subscription agreement for a product that is not yet available.

8. Governing law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without excluding any law or jurisdiction that cannot validly be excluded. We may update the Terms as the public service changes; the date above identifies the published version.
