By downloading, installing, or using the Realestate Lens mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is operated by Verbose Studio ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Realestate Lens is an AI-powered tool that helps Australian property buyers by providing:

AI-powered analysis of property contracts to identify potential risks and key information.
Property and suburb research reports across multiple categories.
Inspection route planning and optimization.

3. Not Legal Advice

The App does not provide legal advice. The information and analysis provided by the App are for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal advice.

You should always consult a qualified solicitor, conveyancer, or other legal professional before making any decisions regarding property contracts or transactions. The App is designed to help you identify potential issues and understand your contract better, but it does not replace the need for professional legal review.

4. AI Analysis Disclaimer

The AI-powered analysis provided by the App is generated using artificial intelligence technology and is provided on a best-effort basis. While we strive for accuracy:

We do not guarantee that the analysis is complete, accurate, or error-free.
The AI may not identify every risk, clause, or condition in a contract.
Analysis results may vary and should be independently verified.
Property research data is sourced from third-party providers and may not be current or complete.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

Free tier: Provides limited access to all features with monthly usage limits.
Pro subscriptions: Provide unlimited access and are available as monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.

All subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases and subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Upload documents that you do not have the right to access or share.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or services.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App's analysis outputs without our permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, content, features, and branding, is owned by Verbose Studio and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on any analysis or information provided.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verbose Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
