How does billing work?

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. You're billed at the start of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually). The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Cancel any time through your Apple App Store settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the free tier.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time through the App Store. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Is there a free trial?

The free tier is lifetime, not monthly. You get 1 contract analysis, 1 suburb research report, and 1 inspection route, no card required. It's designed to let you fully try every pillar of the product before subscribing.

Can I share my plan with a partner?

Pro subscriptions support Apple Family Sharing. Up to 5 family members can share access to your Pro subscription at no additional cost.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled by Apple under their App Store refund policy. Request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page within 14 days of purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

All payment methods supported by the Apple App Store: credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and App Store gift card balance.

Will the price change?

Existing subscribers keep their current price for the duration of their plan. We notify all subscribers in writing at least 30 days before any price change.
