Planned feature

A planned way to organise
an inspection day

Realestate Lens is exploring a workflow for collecting addresses, inspection times and notes, then suggesting a practical order. The feature is not available in a public app yet.

What is being explored

These are intended capabilities, not current production promises.

Route optimisation

Intended to suggest a practical sequence between inspection stops. The routing provider and optimisation method are not final.

Time Estimates

Intended to place indicative travel times beside booked inspection windows. Estimates would not guarantee arrival times.

Property Notes

Planned space for questions and observations associated with each property.

Multi-Stop Planning

Planned support for more than one stop; production limits and availability have not been announced.

Proposed workflow

A preview of how the feature may work after testing.

1

Add properties

The proposed workflow starts with addresses, booked inspection times and optional notes.

2

Review a suggested sequence

A future planner may suggest an order and indicative travel times for you to check.

3

Check and adjust

You would remain responsible for checking directions, traffic, parking and appointment changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. It is a planned app feature. The public website does not currently provide inspection routing or an inspection-planner account.

The current concept is to let a buyer organise property addresses, booked inspection times and notes, then suggest a practical sequence. The final workflow and release scope remain subject to production testing.

No routing provider or live-traffic behaviour has been confirmed. Any future travel times will be estimates and cannot guarantee arrival because traffic, parking, delays and agent schedules can change.

Stop limits and plan limits have not been announced. Earlier free or unlimited route claims should not be treated as final product terms.
