# Realestate Lens

> Your home-buying co-pilot for Australia. iOS app for contract analysis,

Realestate Lens is a Sydney-built iOS app (by Promethic Labs) used across the
2-6 month Australian house-hunt. Three pillars: AI contract analysis (Section
32, Contract for Sale, REIQ, off-the-plan, auction), 10-category suburb
research (scores, market data, schools, transport, shopping, facilities, future
development, crime & safety, dining, demographics), and inspection-route
planning.

The contract analysis engine is tuned to the Conveyancing Act 1919 (NSW), Sale
of Land Act 1962 (VIC), Property Law Act 2023 / 1974 (QLD), and the cooling-off
and stamp duty regimes for every state and territory. The risk framework is
built with input from a practising Australian conveyancing-law advisor and
reviewed before each App Store release.

Realestate Lens is information, not legal advice, and is designed to be a
first-pass review the buyer takes to their solicitor or licensed conveyancer.

Status (June 2026): Realestate Lens is in pre-launch. The iOS app is not yet
live on the App Store; early access is via the waitlist on the homepage. The
pricing below is the announced launch pricing (all amounts in AUD).
